About Community Bridge
A portion of Community REfund donations goes towards specific pre-approved community projects organized within target areas relevant to real estate activity.
To be eligible for Community Bridge funds, local residents must present a proposal detailing the purpose, timeline, and other concrete facts about the project which demonstrate leadership and capacity to complete the project. Self-reliance, sustainability, leadership, passion, creativity, and communal benefit are among the most important criteria for project selection.
Community Bridge provides individual investors with a list of qualified projects in need of funding. Investors can then best decide which projects they would like to support. This direct cooperation between the investors and their community, via Community Bridge, lends itself to greater cohesion and trust and can increase the value of the original real estate investment as community assets such as parks, supermarkets, and health clinics increase the value of property.
